The New Year is well and truly under way. I hope all of your dreams for this year come true and that you achieve all of your goals!

Note the twitter feed on this page. I only recently started using twitter and  I find  that I feel like I'm engaging in a multi-dimensional conversation with lots of interesting twists and turns. Yes, sometimes I  stumble on a conversation I don't want to take part in, but for the most part I am discovering wonderful people who are on the same page with me a lot of the time!

I invite you to try out the free sample yoga class in the yoga section of this website. If you like it (and you live in the Twin Cities area) maybe we'll see you in class some time.
